I'm going to assume that you cannot upgrade the video card in that laptop because Lenovo themselves does not allow you to configure the laptop without the Intel HD integrated graphics. Due to this, it is most likely that you either cannot fit a graphics card inside or there is no port to connect the graphics card to on the laptop's motherboard.
