KeyLoggers, RATS, Virus makers, modding help for games, etc. Partner should have strong understanding of Java, C++, and experience with hacking. Also a little python wouldn't hurt...

And you really expect to find a partner here? There are MUCH better forums then this one for this sort of thing. Good luck though!
