Call your internet provider and ask for it to be changed, or you can just use a VPN or Proxy. Smile

If you have a dynamic IP, just unplug your router for a minute or two, then your IP should change. If you have a static however you will have to call your ISP.

Cyber Ghost sucks and keeps logs, please avoid it. You rather pay for a VPN and be satisfied rather than having your sensative information floating around.

use TOR

it's free and virtually almost untraceable, it also doesn't keep logs, but sometimes it's very slow

Try going into CMD typing "ip release" then "ip renew"
