I am a complete newb when it comes to hacking. I was recently was buying an item from a member at paypal who I thought I trusted because of his ratings. This jackass lied and said for me to put a message down saying "that i wont charged back and i have received the item". Which I did putting my trust in him based on his ratings but really he was smurfing under another account. So being the nice guy I am and believing that most people are good by nature I trusted my instinct and sent him my last $100 to his hotmail/paypal account.
And so I filed a claim with paypal for an unauthorized payment after a couple days of investigation they would not refund the money due to the nature of the message. And they said the only way I could get it back is if he sent the money and cooperated.
Then he I have the entire chat log in a text message saved. The only thing I know about him is his hotmail address that's associated with his paypal account. And I only wish to obtain this information so I can get my last $100 of my hard earned money this scammer stole. And I won't stop until I get my money back. There must be a way to hack hotmail I know it isn't as easy as it use to be but does anyone know a way to do this?

It seems like it would work but costs extra money to get his info. There must be an easier way to hack into his hotmail account. If anyone can help me get my money back. I would greatly appreciate it.

I'll go to the ends of the earth to get this back and stop and nothing.
