u cant "choose" ur internet speed what u CAN choose though is an internet provider the better one u get the better the speed simple

As the both above have already said, you need to contact your internet provider and ask for a higher MBPS range. I don't have your internet provider, so I cannot give you a phone number.

Ha Ha Here Is A Way,

Realy Simple Steps..

First Get Firefox I Recommend It...

Then Get A Better Internet Connection Like Dsl Or Comcast Something Thats Good. Dont Use Dial Up Ugh...

Last Make Sure U Have A Good Pc, Good Ram And Good Space, Clean UR Pc Out Once A Week, Oh And A Good Processor. :P

I have Road Runner too and am paying for 15Mbps down and 2Mbps up. If you pay more you should be able to upgrade your plan to something similar.
