Im not sure what version but just download utorrent and go to piratebay.com and search sony vegas Smile rep if helped (btw this costs money thats why im saying get it from piratebay)

What the best program is would be a debate in itself, but yes the Sony Vegas is good, some of the Adobe suite I'm told is good as well. Really about personal pref.

Well, on a matter of experience and easy to use, Sony Vegas Pro is probably the best to use, but when it comes to intros and stuff, (unless your good in Sony Vegas, VERY GOOD) Adobe After Effects CS4 is the best. But it's your decision.

Definetley Sony Vegas by far its the best software editor video yet. Windows Movie Maker is actually pretty good if you have a simple video.
