I have a laptop and i love the convenience of it. I would say get a laptop but its up to you.

Laptop. In the meantime you can use it, it would probably be better for you, and later you can buy a motherboard.

It depends what you are going to do with the computers, are you a gamer? etc.

Not really a gamer mostly hw, fb, ngu, photoshop, gimp, ect
