I have been on the phoenixlabs website who made the software and when i click the vista download it has says address not found is this down to my computer having a firewall or is there really no link. Any help will be appreciated.

peerguardian can block official windows stuff, which actually spy on your computer

But it only blocks KNOWN ip ranges for people who can get you in trouble.
