I learned it from Visual Studio

then i install visual studio 2012

how can i fix this problem

I can't give you the solution, but it's saying there isn't a debugger. In the first snap it's saying to enable Just-In-Time debugger.

You shouldn't need to install Visual Studio in order to use a C# Program.. just the .NET FrameWork runtime.... anyways I Don't have an answer for that problem :\
