anyways here are my problems:

problem1:
when ever i plug something into the front usb port if i move the wire going into the usb port up(or wiggle it) my whole computer will shut off right away,at first i could not even turn my computer back on i thought it was my houses's power but then i started wiggling the front usb cord alot and then the power came back to it.So why is it that no matter what the device i plug in(be it a printer usb cable,flash drive cable or anything that goes into that jack)if i move it a little bit my computer will shut right off?

*update*when ever my computer shuts off from this all my websites that i have set to rememer my username and passwords they all require me to re enter my username and pass again but my history is not deleted only when i have a site to rememeber me.

problem2(internet):
my second problem ive been having for 2 years now starting with my previous hp computer. i switched to kaspersky antivirus 2 years ago, now when i ever i disable it it says"attention there are (2-92)open network connections.They will be terminated do you agree.Why does it say i have so many active network connection its 100percent not a virus because when i got this computer last month the first thing i did was install kaspersky and went to yahoo's webpage then i disabled kaspesky and i got the same message(saying i had like 10 active network connections)the number changes thou from time to time sometimes it will be normal and say i have 2 active network connections which is correct, other times it will say i have 56 active network connections or 15 or 32 one time it said i had 82 active network connections.Now both of these computers have wireness network cards BUT IM USING WIRED INTERNET NOT WIRELESS could someone be access my build in wireless network card?if so how do i disable it.Recently(the last 2 weeks) my internet has been real slow also anyone know any causes of this i scanned my computer and it always comes up empty.

ANYONE WHO GETS MY PROBLEMS FIXED I WILL DONATED $10 to them.

Ya well if you read any of the comments on most of the computers people bought from their they will say theirs broke in like 2 weeks or 1 day. it happened to every single person that bought it. Next time you buy a comp buy it from hp.com and return the one you have now.

edit: also btw kapersky isnt good. Best program is Norton 360 i had it for 3 years now. every year it gets a lot better. I recommend it
