Most likely because you have both installed. Uninstall one.

    I'm on vista use my phone for sensitive videos Winky Winky and only got one installed now and still don't work

    You may need to make an exception in Windows Firewall, but I've never had to do this.

    get tixati best torrent software no adware/spyware and works great and in my opinion faster than utorrent or bittorrent only one con the GUI doesn't look as good as others but who cares
