Another question is how do you code GTA V tools, i can do COD and almost everything else except GTA V. I do not have a skype. im sure you could google 'C# text to voice', and you don't have the shoutbox intill you have like 50 posts

as for GTA idk, but the same principles pretty much apply for any game.
