(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I use to make tools like 8 months ago but had to get my computer reset and haven't be bothered to make tools but slowly getting back into it just wondering what version of Visual Studio is the best to use these days?

It doesn't honestly matter. Currently you can get 2013 free right from microsoft.
