There are many ways to change your IP adress.

You can use a

-Web proxy, such as vtunnel.com

-Manual proxy, by getting the port(ex. 8080) and the IP of the server(ex. 75.456.334) and manully putting it into Firefox or Greasemonkey. In Linux, it is Edit-> preferences=> network->advanced-> and imput your stuff there

-Or, if your using wifi, you can reset your router, and you will get a different IP address.

If you want to change your IP address for hacking, I recommend using another person's wifi, and get behind a proxy or two.
