I need to know what is writed inside this file. This is a .bin file, i think it is encrypted..
Can someone look inside and than tell me what i need to do?

Any chance you could just post the data itself? Open the binary file in HxD and copy and paste the file bytes. Any reason why you think it's encrypted?

This is never going to be answered. You need to specify more information. Seeing you have no reason to assume it's encrypted, I doubt you know what encryption is. Secondly, we have no idea what data this binary file is for. Perhaps if you could explain more then you could have a more accurate answer.

I'm guessing this binary is for a game on PS3? if so i believe using TrueAncestor Self Resigner you should be able to decrypt the binary although I may be wrong.
