can any 1 help me make a login system . in which the user logins and it gets if there info is correct from the server . and if it is correct it shows the new form

They basically answered the question. You just need a log in/sign in portal that is tied to mysql | mariadb (depending on what kind of a server you have set up). And then you can configure the tool to check the database for matching information, if none is there it can be told not to authenticate. You can even make it so a tool wont open at all unless a pre-sign in pop up is fulfilled.
