I don't think you just "look someones IP address up." It's probably more difficult than that.
Otherwise I could just look up my IP address and get my Xbox Live password. Doesn't work that way

actally i was playing with this guy that knew my ip as soon as he joined my party he even knew where i lived

Hes running linux on a jtag, and opened the netstat -a code to watch all the incoming IP's. He just matched the time you joined in to the time the IP showed in his console.

theres sites like You must login or register to view this content. where you can find the geographical location of the IP, and even the latitude and longitude.

With the adress, you can input it on google earth and even see a 3D dimensional view of his house.
