well theres a website that can do that (its fukin useless for me coz i lived in u.k)
bassicly you enter his number and click any song / funny shit from there database and it phones them and the song will start playing, no money will be charged to him or you.
well thats what many people say on youtube that have over 400k subscribers . . . LOL
