(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Tutorial:
1. Click Start.

XP USERS:
2. Click 'Run'
3. Type in 'cmd' and press enter.

VISTA OR 7 USERS:
2. Type 'cmd' in the search box.
3. Click what comes up.

ALL USERS:
4. Once command prompt has opened, type the following and press ENTER after each line.

Code:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

MAKE SURE YOU PRESS ENTER AFTER EVERY LINE!

5. Erase your cookies in whatever browser you are using.
6. Try the RapidShare download again.

Frequently you will be assigned a new IP address when this happens, however sometimes it will not work, and sometimes it will. Like I said before, if you have a static IP address your will not be able to do this, and look into changing your static IP address to a dynamic one (which is better, in my opinion).

This will not only work for RapidShare, but for many other things too.

Also you can create a batch file for easy double clicking ability!

1: Make a notepad file..
2: Type ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
3: Save as whatever you want to call it .bat and make sure to save it as all files as well....

Then whenever you would like to change your IP just double click this file and it will do it!

I assume you mean how do you?

Just delete it and it will reinstall but you will lose your saved data sometimes... So be careful.
