should be like this:

PS3(1) broadcasts a signal over ethernet
this cable would be connected to pc ethernet port
some VPN software captures the signal & sends it to another computer
this second computer (which is in another house probably :p) will in turn broadcast that signal trough its ethernet port to a second ps3 which is of course hooked up to the pc

note: the signal must be IDENTICAL ! what pc1 receives, pc2 should send, no more no less & especially no different !

is such thing possible ?

Sorry if I haven't understood correctly. Do you want your PS3 to use the same traffic as your PC in another house? If you do you could using Cisco equipment of course with Cisco SDM (security device manager) installed. You'd need the Equipment of course. But you may be able to find 1812 router cheap online, like on EbaY

But you could also do it by configuring a site-to-site vpn with i.g a linksys router and installing a ddwrt firmware and then configuring it yourself.

Really fast, DD-Wrt will let you configure your home router just like a cisco one. Which mean configuring a radius server i.g for your wireless vlans or even vpn really easily.
