You Need:
1. Unetbootin
(Download here)

    https://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/unetbootin-windows-latest.exe

2. Backtrack3
(download here)

    https://www.backtrack-linux.org/downloads/

2. A USB drive minimum 2gig
3. A pc


1.Select disk image (bt3.iso)

2.select usb drive
Note:I recommend the usb to be empty so format it beforehand

3.Click Ok

4.wait Five mins

5.Done

Note: Now that your done you can boot from this usb drive with backtrack
just select it on your boot menu when you boot your PC and bt3 will start booting up.
