Actually do use limewire, you are just dumb enough to download a virus from limewire. and if it cost you $600 you got ripped off out the ass...

Yes that is true opening any file on any OS without some kind of virus protection to block that file if it is a virus is hazardous.

Its better to use limewire or frost wire because you just download the file you want knowing it cant be a virus because it has the .mp3 .png .mp4 ect.. when you download a torrent it is a .torrent file or how ever it is abbreviated. only time you really have to worry when downloading from limewire/frostwire is when the fire is a .exe .cmd files like that. because they can really screw up your pc by simply changing system files. so scan those when you download them.

Just download a youtube to MP3 converter, findd a song on youtube, and paste the link. Importing them to itunes is not hard, i can reccomend a good Y-> MP3 if you want one.

wrong, keyloggers can be hidden in images... dont think they can be hidden in mP3s? wrong. viruses can come with any extension, and alot of programs can 'change' the extension for you.

Limewire is like a cheap hooker. It's fun for a while but eventually you're gonna catch somthing.
I use utorrent everything, and Limewire for music.
The best advice for Limewire is download half the song, "preview" it and then continue to downdload if it plays.
If it dosen't play or it isn't an MP3 file type it's most likely a virus. or e bomb.
