i think you may have to do it with a PKG unless you have a signed FTP or something , i just use my 3.41 alot easier & safer :y:

A .pkg is a extension that the PS3 uses to open files. It is almost like a .exe in PS3 format. To get to open with the ff viewer just save it to your desktop and right click the icon and select "Open With" then browse to the location you installed ff viewer. If you have it installed. To upload it to your PS3 use the homebrew FTP Server to get it on your PS3. As you already probably know your PS3 has to be Jailbroken.

you must not open it mate.. mine also opens in notepad.. when you download press save to deskptop.. and then put it on the root of ur usb (file manager) or in file zilla (FTP)
