You can open it through the notepad way as above, or go to Run and type in "Command.com". It will open it (Not disabled) without you needing to save any notepads and change the file extensions. :p

My school has pretty much everything blocked, ive tried that before and it just fails

If your school admins are half decent then the command.com/notepad method wont work. Ive been banned twice on the school network, got one chance left if I screw it up I need to go find a new school I had the admins/techies come for me and question me. You could say there were the computer police.:hitman:
