No there isnt anyway to bypass cmd block. Although you could try by putting it on a USB and then running from there.

Dude just go into notepad and type command.com and then save as a .bat

My school does that too, when i opened cmd it said "This has been blocked by your administrator" and when i pressed something it closed out.

But just do what i did and then it should work Upside Down Happy

Tryed this but it only opens it in a DOS prompt so no commands work :( Also this might work but make sure you put ' @echo off ' before command.com, this way there is less chance of you getting caught by an Administrator. Last thing you want is Being banned or worse, I've been banned,suspended(2 Weeks) and confronted by some Computer Police People :S

If note pad is blocked open Windows Explorer > File > New... > Shortcut then copy this as the destination:
C:\windows\system32\notepad.exe

Also try changing the last part to taskmgr.exe then if it works press new task and type in commands there. (e.g. shutdown -i , this opens a window allowing you to shutdown any computer connected to the network.)
