Okay I made this completely myself and took like 5 minutes. I basically copied the facebook page and edited the re-wrote the login process a bit IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
Here are the files, just upload to any file hosting website that allows phishing sites

The files are modified versions of Facebook's files for the sign in page. To use these you need to edit the files in his package your self for them to fit your needs in how you want the password sent to you.
Most likely, Facebook's heightened security level for phishing websites will automatically notify the user that the page the are returning from was a false forgery site. Also, Firefox plugins will detect the threat.
To install/host these files to work you, need some hosting method such as a web host. You need to upload all the contents of the zip package to a web host. Then proceed on linking your targeted user to the "profile.php.htm" file. For example, if I were to put this on my website,

Linking a user to this file would prompt him to enter his password which will be output to the password.txt file.
To make this work on an experienced non retarded user it would need to be modified more to look more legit.
