Ok so here im going to give you a written tutorial on how to use 3rd party themes on your system and i will also provide a spoken one for those who can't understand what im on about
Yeah so what your going to want to do is Download Theme Patcher (This patches the .dll files which allows you to use 3rd party themes.

Okay and oh yeah thats for 34 bit only , sorry guys il find a 64 one
Right now your just going to open it and click Patch, simple as that :mudkip:
Now that the .dll's are patched im going to show you how to use 3rd party themes, ALL LAZY PEOPLE WATCH THIS
So your going to find the theme incluiding the file with it
Open up Computer > C > Windows > Reasources > Themes
So just drag the theme plus the file into were all the themes are
Now exit, and go to personilasition and set it
