yea....i have renowned programs, award winning programs, two different TOP OF THE LINE computers, costing about $2400 a piece and you think im using a shit program? AVG AND NORTON TWO EXCEPTIONAL ANTI-SPYWARE/VIRUS PROGRAMS

#1 - You get that first error because your antivirus automatically deletes it before you can run it to 'protect' you.
#2 - your internet could be sh*t? i dunno
