Exactly. Most applications that are made consist of basic color and shades, and probably a few extra features, but are very basic in complete design. They would simply have an icon then the main application in the center. That is pretty much it. Don't get the whole stretch the logo so its horizontally 158% and vertically 71%.

I love it when I see those. It surprises me how many people still download and get F'd in the ass by them. Mostly little 12 year old kids but what ever. :/

Best thing I found to get your application noticed is the following.

----
1) Basic Design
2) Youtube Auto Viewer (Get it about 2-3k views and so it appears above other videos).
3) Have people help rate it and comment on it
4) Once you have 10 or more thumbs up on your video disable that feature.
5) Make your application free to download no sharecash
6) Comment on your video at least.

Exactly what I did with mine. Apart from I dont do views on it because i dont want it to get frozen
