That should work *I just uploaded it* Its XP to Windows 7 (Well the Bar at the bottom)

Look on DevianArt for full transformations (ZEUZOSX) has good ones

Why not patch both of the windows themes files, Then install a 3rd party theme?

ie Windows XP theme..?

i could give you a link to a program to patch them both for you..
