Skype is free it just gives you the feature of calling phones. You can still make an online account like msn and add other people. The costing part is calling numbers basically it's msn with a calling feature.

Lol you really think NGU hasnt had a DDOS attack over the past 3 years. It probably gets attacked every day or at least every week. But it will probably have a **** huge firewall to stop it.
