This method works especially in the shoutbox, because it is link based, you essentially generate a URL and when people click it, it forms a little table of there IPs, and refers. (url clicked from).

Linktrack is the website that will generate our URLs, first we sign up here, its free and shouldnt take long.



Once you have signed in, you want to go to make a link.



Now, an explanation on how this actually works.

We use linktrack to redirect to a URL, say a screen snapr, or a blog post by sony, we want the link tracker to redirect to something non suspicious. It will generate the url, and then we shorten it. Example.

link -> linktracker -> blog post.

the link will be shortened to mask the link tracker link, and the link tracker redirects so this middle step is almost completely missed out and the clicker will be unaware there being traced.

Now we are going to mask the linktrack, if people hover over our link, or if we paste a link track over msn it will look suspicious, so we need to mask it into something more justifiably.

and shorten the link down to hide the linktrack link.


A way this works on forums well is by using the [img= Link Track ] Redirected Url [/url]

once you have an IP, you can view basic information on them, like City, ISP here You must login or register to view this content.



Just paste the IP into the search bar and click go.

Actually you didin't understand what i have posted in other words i posted that there was a way that was a way allready posted & an even more affective way of getting someone's ip.

Plus you may wanna edit the tittle and put in that this is your way of getting ip adress.

This is a much more affective way at getting someones IP + you dont have to sell your email to someone .

How the hell is he gonna hack you gmail etc.. if he/her dosen't have the password + the email is how to set it up when you enter the URL provided in the site it send the IP's to your email.
