no basically a nulled vbulletin is one that has the security taken out or disabled in some way so technically a nulled vBulletin is a real one but without the verifying aspect of it being a liscensed product. running a nulled vBulletin runs the risk of your site being shut down if Internet brands catches you, and you may even be prosecuted for copyrights

All nulled vBulletin is, the official script with the "call home" removed... It'll look real, but it wont be.
