Well My school have alot of tech support and so we have alot of blocks i have seen many programs like satans by-passer and other .bats but this does need any of this and works on any system as long as you have visual basic installed so lets go ahead and start

1) go to visual basic and make a new windows application

2)add a button and double click it

3)write Shell ("CMD.EXE") or Shell ("taskmgr.exe")

this is were we bypass software restriction

4) click debug mode (this is not an EXE and is stored in a temporarily file so it cannot be blocked)

5) click on the button and BAM you have CMD you can also do the following

instead of stage 3 write

Shell ("CMD.EXE")
Sendkeys.Send ("COMMAND HERE")
SendKeys.Send ("{ENTER}")

Some Useful Commands For school Are:
Dir - displays all directory

net users - shows all users on the PC


net user /add username password - adds user

Net user administrator password
Net user administrator /active:yes - adds aadmin account

There should be no space between the word 'active' and the colon

[multipage=Get Any Other File Or Unblock CMD/Taskmanger] i thought about this one after someone told me that CMD was blocked so even after they accessed they just got a "CMD is blocked, Contact your administrator" message so i decided to come up with this theory okay lets start

say you want to unblock CMD using satan's CMD bypasser so we need 3 files

Satan's CMD bypasser : You must login or register to view this content.
A binder : You must login or register to view this content.
A Flash File : You must login or register to view this content.


okay so now we have the three files we can start

1)Start The Binder
2)pick Satans CMD Bypasser as the First EXE File
3)Pick Any Jpeg Or The One I Provided
4)Bind Them and put the finished file onto a USB stick
5)put onto school computer and run the Jpeg and Kabloom your done

this can be done with any other three files as long as it is a exe and jpeg

[multipage=Josh's Way Of Getting Admin]Okay, it might not work for you, but it definitely works at my school and other schools in my county... When logging in onto your user account, simply pull out the network cable (I believe it's also the internet cable), as you are logging in. When you login, it crashes and puts you into the default account (which, should be admin). However, when you plug the network cable back in, you may not be able to get on the internet, & probably cannot add users or anything, but you can change ALOT of the settings (background, mouse, screensaver, etc). thank Josh For This Useful Tested Method

[multipage=Josh's Way Of Getting CMD]Go to Google - Right click - view source (opens in Notepad, or wordpad), type in (if I am correct) "cmd" then save it as yourchoice.bat, then when you double click it, it will open up as command prompt.
[multipage=Boot Method Of Admin With Internet] First Start Up Your School Computer and pull out the power cable OR turn of the switch then turn the computer back on and as it starts up keep pressing either f8 or f12 now pick "Safe Mode With Networking" OR depending on what you want "Safe Mode With CMD" Then Startup And Login As
Username: Administrator
Password: (Leave Blank)

so i can create a new account n make it admin then put internet cable back in and log in then i can acces those sites?

no u go into admin and access whatever program your school use to block websites and ddisable it i am updating a new method to get on the internet btw

I am not 100% sure, but I don't think you can access command prompt. You MIGHT be able to, and if you can, then just simply to windows button + R, then type in cmd.exe. If not, then try and find it in the "All Programs" list and right click and press "Run as Administrator".

CMD is not blocked at my school

Then just log in, don't take any cables out, then the cmd executable code for the admin...

You have to put "start cmd" (no quotes) not just "cmd."
