(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); A long time ago I was going through a bunch of websites and blogs, and I found one distributing effectively the code for a website that is completely exploitable (vulnerable to any kind of attack), and that you could download it, set it up on your own server/computer, and test your hacking skills.

Unfortunately, I can't find it in my browsing history and I didn't bookmark it, and no matter what I search in Google, I can't find it.

Does anyone know where I can get it? Or where I can get something like it?

Well yeah, everyone knows about that, but what I'm talking about is completely different, it features real vulnerabilities, on what is effectively a live site (except its your own site, so its completely legal). HTS features some unchallenging challenges, but none of the challenges are to apply real techniques to the page, such as SQLI, XSS, etc.
