So why cant i just change my IP through CMD? That would eliminate all of this...

LOL yeah, your right about that, wow EPiC, I guess it's for noobs that don't know what cmd is or are too scared to use it because it's not fancy windows looking.

I got IP banned from a site when I was like 13 lol I wanted back on so I kept watching youtube tutorials I figured out how to do it. Its quite simple, Besides you wont have to download any programs. And if you want Mask your IP from websites, then use a proxy. lol

Yeah I agree with you there mate, it's a shame that people rush into using software to do everything for them, they are really missing out on actually learning something new.

What if someone has a static IP address? How are they suppose to change their IP through command then? You'd have to call your ISP to change your static ip.

Considering there is no need to lol Websites can't ban statics.

lolwut? Websites can't ban statics? Oh I guess the websites I've been banned from weren't actual bans they just changed they're whole website to make it say that I've been banned.
