You talkin to me?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); where does people find the algorithm to program a keygen?
(AVG...The Sims...and so on...)
Is there a default way to find it? or you have to have lots of skill?

When it comes to cracking programs, a keygen isn't always the best way to go, sometimes if you can just use a debugger to make a few key modifications, so that no keygen is needed, it'll be the best.

Anyways, you'll need to understand reverse engineering and assembly. This video series is a great, free resource on reverse engineering: You must login or register to view this content.; this "open ebook" is great for understanding assembly: You must login or register to view this content.; and of course, if you are going to be dealing with algorithms, you might want to understand them better.

These tutorials will walk you through the basics of actually developing a keygen:

Woof
...hmm
Keygens are just programs to help people with less knowledge crack software, etc.
Most keygens these days just give you a serial when you press a button; personally I find these pointless and annoying.

most keygens now am just... lets 5 serials, then when you press button one " Generate " all it does is call uppon serial 1, then when you press it again it loads serial 2 etc. then when you are on #5 and press it, it just goes back to serial 1 again

ok so that's not a real keygen since it doesnt use any algorithm to 'create' key codes for the program you wanna use

I'd give you a thank but I'm out of them. Anyways, great resources, definitely will take a look at them myself. Smile

Programming is just a side thing to keep myself preoccupied. Nothing better to do. Just fun to create things really.
