I'm no Mac expert, but I don't believe you can do it through the Terminal, even if you could, why would you want to when you could get an easier to manage GUI?

Now, if you're actually trying to "hack" or "crack" a network (if you want to break into a network), there's plenty of tools for that. First, you'd have to find the target network. Then, you'd have to learn about that network (specifically the security in place), then you could employ any number of tools (the most popular being Aircrack-ng).
No offense, with the kind of question you're asking, you really should want to consider learning a little more about your Mac, networking, and hacking before you progress.
