I forgot how I found this, but it is online somewhere! I am not taking any credit for this whatsoever. So heres the deal, all the computers at my school run Windows XP because they are a bunch of cheap ass rednex. Well thanks to good ole' Google, I found how to obtain access to the Administrator account on the PC.
All you need to do is:
1) Restart the Computer. You can Shutdown and turn it back on or just restart. It does not matter.
1b) If Shutdown, turn the computer back on.
2) As the computer boots back up, you will see screens of the computer manufacturer, etc. then you will see the Window's Welcome screen. When you see the Welcome screen, hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete TWICE!
3) If done correctly, it should take you to a login screen window that allows you to enter in the name of the Username and Password. Type in "Administrator" for the Username field. For the Password field, leave it blank. Hit Enter and it should log you in as the Administrator and now you have access to the full Administrator account along with the privileges that it has. The first thing I do is disable the firewall

.
3b) If Step 2 does not work, try hitting Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the login screen with the accounts on it. The one that allows you to choose an a account and type in the password. For some reason I tried Step 2 on two different computers and i t worked on one but I had to do the other way on the other computer.
Yes, I know this is incredibly easy and a fairly simple tutorial. But I wanted to make sure no questions were needed to be asked and that some kid with down syndrome would be able to do this as well. Sorry I cannot give credit to the founder of this technique. I hope I helped made getting onto the Administrator easier than ever because I know the CMD and notepad tricks do not work for me. Thank you for viewing and good luck!
EDIT: Not a 100% success rate using this technique.
