(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU! My parents has just gotten a notice from the FBI. It says the computer contains illegally downloaded content and you must buy a moneypack card from Wallgreens. You must pay 200$ To Unlock your computer. But I have fixed it without having to pay 200$. Do the following

1). Remove all Power From the Computer. (Take out the Battery and Remove the Charging Cable that charges the computer)

2). Your Computer will boot up and you will have an error. And it will give you 3 Options(1. Start Up Windows Normally, System Repair (Recommended) 3.Safe Mode)

3). Click on System Repair.

4). Let it do its thing then click finish once done.

5). If you have a Anti-Virus Program You will Not be able to scan. The Malware disables you to scan the computer.

6). You can do this and figure a way to un-lock your computer or you can just do a full system restore.

If it tells you that you have to pay $200 from a Moneypak that you need to get at Walgreen's, isn't that a bit suspicious?

Not necessarly. When you go into safe mode the Malware is still on the computer. And it can keep track of what you do ect....
