Site is full of script kiddies. None-the-less it's a good starting place.

I know the guy should be able to work out how to do things some of the tutorials on there are quite informative.

go to w3schools ,thebest website ever , trust me you will learn a lot!

W3 schools doesn't teach you about hacking, it teaching you about coding or writing for the web.

The only thing that really is related to programming is the Javascript, Ajax, ASP or PHP. You will need actual knowledge to create software that integrates what you know with web programming to do a thing...

No, but I do have a full C++ book worth around 65 dollars in pdf that I'd be willing to sell. It's a personal purchased version. I haven't gotten far into it because I got myself a few XNA books for C#.
