now go to file; save as; then go to desktop and save as EXAMPLE.bat
it must be .bat

now RIGHT click on the file you just made on your desktop and click "create shortcut"
move the original file somewhere else now.
now right click on the shortcut and click on "properties" a window will pop up click the button that says change icon. change the icon to the internet explorer icon. now click apply and right click on the file again and click rename and rename it as "internet explorer" now delete the real internet explorer icon and replace it with this file.

uhm yeah dont do this on your own computer, do it on a school computer to **** with someone

Fail, when you do something like that it will ask you are you sure. You need a Null command in there. Also i would use a bat file crypter and make it a exe so no one can see the source.
