Go to FTP, and connect to your website
Download your config file and move it where in your forum; Example : /vb/thenewconfig.php
Go to the forum directory then go to /includes/class_core.php
Download and view that file; in that file search for function fetch_config() or /includes/config.php
There will be two of the '/includes/config.php", YOU MUST CHANGE BOTH TO THE NEW DIRECTORY / NEW NAME.
Once you've done that your site should work just fine

NOTE: If you have got inferno shoutbox installed then it may error. To fix this, simply un-install it and re-install inferno, there will be no more errors!
