I mean if you're learning, the best thing to do is just keep on coding, because the more you do it the better you become.
But, making something like won't really increase your knowledge
This is simply drag a webBrowser onto your form, a few buttons with these statements;

webBrowser1.GoForward();
webBrowser1.GoBack();
webBrowser1.Naviate("Link"); //Your textBox
webBrowser1.Refresh();

The inbuilt webBrowser in VS is complete and utter crap, and I think most people would prefer to use something like Google Chrome Winky Winky

Not hating, by the way Outie
Good Job!

What are you bragging about? 'Your' PS3Tools is basically just a front-end and your code browser is easy AF to make. This is his second program, so what if he uses the IE control. Maybe you should go back to these instead of updating a source and calling it your own.

Complete Speed
Do a barrel roll!
good job OP, but see if you can implement some stuff of your own. like a notepad is a great way to learn how to code. also try using c# it's got good syntax so you can learn the syntax and that will replicate well when learning more advanced languages.
