what you have to do is:

1. Make a new notepad document
2. Inside the document type:
@echo off
command
@echo on
3. Click save as and then save it as 'cmd.bat'
4. Now if you click on the file it will enable comand prompt

so whats web unblocker? is that to unblock any website or something?

And if your school doesnt allow users to run .bat files ? lol i have tried this at my school and they blocked CMD then i did the .bat and they blocked that but i dont know any other way

Regarding the shutdown virus, is it a real virus or just an app that turns off the computer?
