here is how to get around that

creat a shortcut with this path:
explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

choose what ever icon and name you want, works fine

I've done it on my dads, he as Vista 64-bit and it did the same, just looked different. I have 7 64-bit. In this case i stand corrected...
