The problem I'm having is sometimes my laptop just shuts down for no reason. My batteries aren't dead because I have my charger plugged in when an outlet is available.

Is there any reason why this might be happening? If there is a solution please inform me

If there is no way to fix this but you have experienced this would you suggest I send back the laptop?

Dont return it to the store..Just use the warranty and send your laptop and just wait 'til it returns.
