A couple of days ago I upgraded my laptop (Dell Inspiron) from windows vista to windows 7, Now when I unplug my laptop, It runs out of charge (obviously), but when I plug it back in, it wont charge, it says this when I highlight the battery: '10% avaliable (plugged in, not charging)'.

I don't know what to do to fix it, I think I posted this in the right section, correct me if I didn't.
