He installed it and it asked to make changes for better security on his computer...Dumbass i know right.Then his background changed to "WARNING YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH TROJAN,SPYWARE,WORM,KEYLOGGER"
and now he can't do system restore or delete anything or open his internet.So is computer ****** or is there a way to fix it?Thanks

Can he not open his internet? Or can he just not access web pages?

ok mate here is what you got to do:
1. Go to start>run>type msconfig
go to the startup tab
delete anything from starting up you do not know

2. Restart your computer and press F5 while starting up
you will get the possibility to start up in Safe-Mode do this
also do Safe mode with internet possibility

3. if step 1 didnt work in normal mode try it now.

its Spyware Doctor a very good program for anti spyware, adware, and virusses.

5.scan your pc with this while in safe mode delete all treads
5.1 Repeat this step

use it to fix registry also in safe mode

your pc should be pretty good for now
