Why is my computer like this? turned it off and on obviously, just continuously like this.

Probably something wrong with either the monitor or the graphics card. First try a different monitor, if it is still like that then there may be something wrong with your graphics card. Check the connection of it to the motherboard, then clean it up. If that doesn't work then it is most likely time to scrap it.

The Graphics card is probably loose. Try Cleaning it and Put it back in...
